PCS Holdings acts as a holdings company to multiple ancillary businesses that support two Orlando based law firms. Joseph E Seagle, P.A., provides services to clients engaging in estate planning or residential and commercial real estate transactions. Eck, Collins & Richardson offers a variety of different services to large corporations operating in the hospitality, food service, real estate, and financial industries. The five main ancillary businesses that operate as a result of these two firms deal with anything from handling licensing and compliance needs to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions. Collectively, these businesses operate under one roof and have formed a steady flow of work that needs the additional support of a Marketing Coordinator.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Director of Operations on coordinating marketing campaigns through in-house resources or outside vendors. This role requires the individual to be able to take ownership of projects, complete those projects in a timely manner, and organize those projects in a way that they can be tracked and adjusted as needed.

Work with business vendors or relevant parties to meet project goals
Identify and vet possible marketing opportunities
Track campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics or relevant analytics platform
Produce marketing materials
Configure and implement marketing automation strategies
Draft and send out custom email blasts
Managed and upload contacts in company CRM
Write copy for marketing materials, website content, and internal guides
Accountable for timely execution of campaign tasks
Removes inefficiencies in marketing workflow
Stays updated on current trends in relevant industries

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience
2-3 years of marketing experience
Ability to multi-task effectively
Microsoft Office proficient
Familiar with graphics and website design elements
Strong organizational skills
